Unless otherwise specified herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and ACADDESK with respect to the ACADDESK and it supersedes all prior communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and ACADDESK with respect to the ACADDESK site.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please note that Packages once subscribed cannot be cancelled and no refund to that effect can be made. Since acaddesk.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the package is subscribed. As a customer you are responsible for understanding that no refund or cancellation is possible upon any subscription at our site.
Delivery Policy
Delivery means the digital download or the physical delivery of subscribed content to the customers. At present we have two modes of delivery – online digital download from the Website / App and physical shipment like CDROM, USB memory etc.

Customer Grievance Redressal Policy for ACADDESK Platform
We recommend you go through our FAQ pages which provides basic trouble shooting help to our customers.
Level 1: Customer Service
You can contact our customer service team either by calling our number +91 91661 15565 or write to us at bosinfotech@gmail.com with your queries, complaints related to our product /website or any other issue related to the product subscribed by you. The Customer Service team shall address your query / complaint or concern within 7 business days of you contacting Customer Service team either by call or email.
Level 2: Customer Service Escalation
If for any reason your query/complaint or concern has not been addressed within the promised timeline or you are not satisfied with the response provided to you by our Customer Service team at Level 1, you can escalate your query/Complaint via email. You can provide a detailed email as to the reason for your dissatisfaction or just mentioned no reply from Customer Service . The email should be addressed to bosinfotech@gmail.com and we will respond to you within 7 business days of you writing to Escalations.
Level 3: Grievance Officer
If your query further remains unresolved after 7 business days of you contacting the CS escalation; you can then escalate the issue to the Grievance Officer. You can write to Grievance Officer - Mr. Trilok Bose at, bosinfotech@gmail.com We will revert back to you within 4 business days from the date of receipt of your email communication to the Grievance Officer.
